Planning and Execution to Build 2300 Units - Naot Shamir Neighborhood

Kav Medida has performed all the mapping and surveying services for the construction project of 2,300 units in the Naot Shamir neighborhood in the city of Yavne. During the project, KM carried out full support for all stages of initiation, detailed planning, and support of the urban planning scheme. 

The neighborhood will be built in a narrow strip from north to south, and will have direct access to Highway 4 through the planned "Ashdod North" interchange. Also, to the west of the neighborhood, a neighborhood park will be established alongside the development, along the coast.
