Kav Medida worked with the Municipality of Akko and its Authority for the Development of the City at all planning and execution stages for the establishment of the Akko Hakerem neighborhood. During the work on the project, KM carried out surveys which included: support for development, detailed planning, marketing, technical assessment, land registration plan, and support for urban zoning and registration.

In this residential project, 1,200 new housing units were built for the northern city of Akko. The new plan is a continuation of the North Akko neighborhood and includes about 86 dunams for residences, about 52 dunams for public buildings and institutions, about 13.5 dunams for commerce and employment, and about 89 dunams for public spaces.
