Kav Medida performs surveys for detailed planning, development support, and city planning support for the construction project of the high-tech complex in Ashkelon.

 

The project in which a new high-tech park will be established will include; a clean industries area, research and development industries, a commercial area alongside an urban traffic center that will include a train station, a bus station, and other public transportation services. The planned areas will be divided into different complexes that will include; an integrated commercial area, offices, R&D industries, hotels, clean industries, and restaurants and shops. In addition, landscape development, gardening, and open sports and recreation facilities will be implemented at the site.
