Kav Medida accompanies planners and architects during the various stages of advancing the urban planning scheme with the planning committees.

For this purpose, we provide an existing condition survey prepared in the "Mavat" format, issue a "compilation" of approved plans, collect all preliminary statutory information, and group the proprietary data in the planned area into a "proprietorship map".

In addition, we produce an infrastructural cadastral map containing the plots and parcels within the planned area.

With the help of the GIS tools we developed, we combine data from several databases, and cross-reference them for the advancement of the project.

To help planners, we produce high-resolution orthophoto maps as well as 3D models that accompany the project team until the end of the project.
