360 virtual tour of construction sites and properties

A virtual tour is actually a digital twin of your property which is produced by scanning the property using a 360-degree camera. The tour is stored in a cloud service and accessed through a link that allows you to visit it remotely using your mobile phone, computer, or tablet and even allows the user to get additional information through the points of interest included in the tour.

KM also offers an existing condition documentation service for architects and interior designers for various buildings intended for renovation. The documentation is carried out by scanning the property in 3D using the most advanced scanning equipment in the world, at the end of which the end user will receive a virtual tour + still images of the existing condition. Also included is an interior survey in DWG format that includes a breakdown of all dimensions plus additional information.
