Survey of the Agamim Neighborhood in Ashkelon City - 2200 Units

Kav Medida is leading in the project of mapping and surveying for the establishment of the Agamim neighborhood. It includes 3,100 units, which is one of the largest neighborhoods being built these days in Ashkelon.

Throughout the entire process of the detailed planning, during the accompaniment of the urban planning scheme and the development processes in the project, the surveying teams were required to provide professional solutions to complex challenges.

The Agamim neighborhood is located in the southern portion of the city, and is expected at the end of the construction process to include about 3,100 housing units, most of them in buildings of up to 13 stories (some of them detached). Near the neighborhood to the south, a very large eco-sport park is planned to be built, which will cover approximately 160 dunams (approx. 40 acres), and will contain a large artificial lake in the center and many attractions. Access to the neighborhood will be possible mainly from the east through Rabin Boulevard.
